Our specialities:Fishery products from KUBOTSU port, vegetables from local farmers, organic brown rice from "HEARTLIFE" village, Fertile eggs from SHURI village, meat from YUUBOKU village, Rye wheat by Mr. Maki, and so on.
We try to take advantage of fresh material and cook it in a simple way. We believe those trustworthy foods will give us powerful energy. We also want to know where our foods come from, how they live their life before they come to our table, so we are expanding local food network.
